How it works: This portal runs a private copy of the Customer Service Wizard against an isolated Flask backend on mini2. Submitting a request creates a ticket in the demo database and returns a demo ticket number — checking its status works right here too. The real tools live at audio.wizard.tomasetti.shop and admin.tomasetti.shop.
